Cowes to Newport
This is a lovely cycle track taking you along the side of the Medina Estuary from Cowes to Newport.
It is wide, well-surfaced, and mostly straight and flat – you will be surprised at how quickly you can cover the distance from one end to the other.
It’s a beautiful route with wonderful views across the Medina, and plenty of things to look out for – old shipwrecks, heritage sites, bird life and nature.
