For the May challenge we were raising money for The Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust, a national charity that rebuilds confidence after cancer, using sailing to support, empower and inspire young people. We were supporting the Trust’s Largs to Cowes Charity Cycle which started on 4th May at their base in Largs, Scotland, and ended at their headquarters in Cowes on Sunday 12th May.
We set quite an ambitious target of 3,000km which wasn’t reached, but with a respectable total final distance of 2,035km there was a donation of £204.
