Use this form to pledge a donation to be made if the current challenge target is achieved. We don’t take any payment details. If the challenge target is reached we will contact you to let you know how to make the donation directly to the nominated charity. 

Please suggest a charity to receive the challenge donations. The charity with the most pledges by the end of the challenge will be selected. Thank you!
